Combine almonds, honey and butter in a large nonstick sauté pan and heat over low
heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and gently stir in cornflakes.
Pour onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and let cool for 10 minutes.
Break apart and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes a great snack as is or a perfect garnish for ice cream or a yogurt parfait.
Works well with different types of cereal or additional fold-in items.
