Gingered Honey Mustard Lime Dressing

• 1 cup orange blossom honey
• 1 cup fresh lime juice
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 2 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well incorporated.
