EVENT AND PROJECT COORDINATOR – Barkman Honey: Wichita, KS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-You manage projects across all brands and help coordinate larger initiatives.

-You lead the planning and execution of Beesponsible and Bee Harmony trade show and other public relations events.

-You attend up to 12 overnight trade show events, acting as a brand ambassador as well as the primary coordinator of logistics, set up and tear down.

-You lead the planning and execution of local community events.

-You assist with fulfillment of online orders for Beesponsible.com.

-You participate in local farmers’ market sales effort and sell Bee Harmony honey at stands.

-You help care for our Beesponsible landscaping and hives on our Wichita property.

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:

-You are a superb organizer, master of details and project manager.

-You are extremely critical of your communications and work output.

-You have a customer service mindset and voice; you are well-written and spoken, delivering a friendly and knowledgeable experience to customers.

-You have a bit of a sales bent – you are a great presenter, personable, approachable and persuasive.

-You have the ability to hand carry heavy boxes and crates up to 75 pounds.
