PROJECT ENGINEER – Barkman Honey: Hillsboro, KS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-You identify, align and execute complex and multi-disciplined project initiatives, completing projects to specifications on budget and on time.

-You simultaneously manage a variety of complex and highly technical improvement projects in a collaborative manner.

-You apply your knowledge of engineering principles to research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements.

-You oversee installation, operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.

-You collaborate with a variety of managers, contractors and suppliers regarding various engineering projects.

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED:

-You are proficient with CAD and/or engineering graphics tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other digital technologies.

-You are able to visualize, articulate and solve both complex and simple problems and concepts using sensible, information-based decision-making.

-You have strong project management, engineering and written and verbal communication skills.
