Marinade
Combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl, and whisk to incorporate.
Pour 3/4 of the marinade over pork chops and allow to marinate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove pork chops from marinade.
Sear on a charbroiler, basting with remaining marinade (reserving some for drizzling over finished product). Finish in oven if needed.
Serve with wok-sautéed Asian vegetables and jasmine rice, or over an apple and jicama slaw.
Marinade/sauce also works well for stir-fry.
