Honey Horseradish Dip

    1 1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp. clover honey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

 

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate covered for at least 1 hour.

Use as a dip for fried appetizers or as a sandwich spread.
