Barkman Honey

Indian Ginger Mango Lassi


    Approximately 32 ounces


  • 3 cups fresh or frozen mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup clover honey
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 pieces ginger, grated and squeezed to produce juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes


Place all ingredients (just juice from grated and squeezed ginger) in a blender and puree until smooth.

If using frozen mango, you may need to add a little water to help blend.
