Shrimp Saté Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 1/2 lbs. (20 to 30 pieces) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 5 lbs. lo mein noodles, blanched
  • 5 cups saté sauce
  • 5 cups sugar snap peas or snow peas, blanched
  • 2 cups canned baby corn, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups saute for steamed mixed vegetables

 

DIRECTIONS

Cook shrimp and combine with remaining ingredients.

Chill and serve.

Garnish with toasted almonds.
