In an 8-quart saucepan, combine apple juice and pectin.
Place over high heat.
Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
At once, stir in honey and cinnamon candies.
Return to full rolling boil and boil hard for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, skim off foam with spoon.
Alternately skim and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour into hot sterilized glasses.
Seal with 1/8″ of hot beeswax.
