  • 6 to 10 lb. ham
  • One 16 oz. can frozen orange juice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 oranges, sectioned

Score ham; stud with whole cloves.

While ham is baking, put undiluted orange concentrate, water, honey, dry mustard, salt, cinnamon stick and nutmeg in a saucepan.

Blend cornstarch with 1/4 cup of mixture and return to saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.

Boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat; cool.

Brush ham with a small amount of sauce two or three times during the last 30 minutes’ baking time.

Add orange sections to remaining sauce; heat.

Serve orange sections with ham.
