Place bran flakes, milk, honey, egg and oil in mixing bowl; beat well.
Add sifted flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown.
You may also add 1/2 cup raisins to mix just before spooning into muffin cups.
