Roast in oven at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes per pound or until meat thermometer registers 175 degrees for medium-doneness.
Halve lemon slice; insert in lamb.
Blend honey, orange juice and allspice and baste occasionally on lamb the last 30 minutes of roasting time.
