Honey Mustard Crusted Creole Salmon


    8 portions


  • 2 oz. clover honey
  • 4 oz. creole honey mustard, whole grain
  • 2 oz. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Eight 8 oz. salmon fillets



Combine honey, mustard and mayonnaise and mix until well incorporated.

Place salmon on a lightly oiled sheet pan, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.

Spread 2 oz. of honey mustard on top of each portion.

Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes, until fish is just cooked through. Serve over a Creole pilaf and sautéed spinach, or with mashed cauliflower and a roasted pepper sauce.
