Combine honey, mustard and mayonnaise and mix until well incorporated.
Place salmon on a lightly oiled sheet pan, season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Spread 2 oz. of honey mustard on top of each portion.
Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes, until fish is just cooked through. Serve over a Creole pilaf and sautéed spinach, or with mashed cauliflower and a roasted pepper sauce.
