Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
Pat into a 9″ x 12″ pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Frosting
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave just until melted.
Spread over the cooled crust.
Let set until cool and hard.
Cut into bars.
Keep refrigerated in the summer.
