Orange-Glazed Beets

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp. orange peel, shredded
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups julienne-style beets, well drained



In small mixing bowl, combine honey, orange peel, orange juice, lemon juice and salt.

Add drained beets; mix gently.

Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

Drain and serve as a relish.
