Barkman Honey

Pecan Pie

  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 well beaten eggs
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan meats
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • One 9″ unbaked pie shell



Mix honey with eggs.

Cream sugar, dry milk and butter and add to honey-egg mixture.

Stir in pecans and vanilla.

Turn into an unbaked 9″ crust and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until center is done after a knife or toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean.
