Strawberry Honey Pops

INGREDIENTS

• 1 lb. fresh strawberries
• 1/2 cup clover honey
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• Pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

In a food processor, purée strawberries until smooth (some chunks are OK if you prefer).

Add honey, apple juice, lemon juice and salt, pulse until well incorporated.

Pour into ice-pop molds or individual serving containers, cover and freeze.
