Barkman Honey

Strawberry Jam



  • 5 cups crushed strawberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. pectin
  • 6 cups honey



Combine berries, lemon juice and pectin.

Bring to boil.

Add honey.

Bring to full rolling boil and cook 4 minutes.

Skim and ladle into hot sterilized jars.

Leave 1/2 inch at top.
