Combine butter and honey in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until well blended.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Add marshmallow creme, eggs and vanilla; beat until well blended.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 13″ x 9″ pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and cut into 36 bars.
