Sweet and Sour Agave Balsamic Dressing

  2 1/4 cups

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
• 1/4 cup agave
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 shallot
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender except for oils.

On low speed, blend all together and slowly drizzle oils until emulsified.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve over a baby spinach, strawberry and red onion salad, or use over your favorite mixed salad.
